Thank you for your emails expressing the concern you have and appreciate it very much. I am sorry for the delayed response as well.
AUP/NPUC sent the AUP Board and NPUC Execom approvals on this plan of sale, rationales, and development plans to SSD for the endorsement and blessings. Since SSD officers are not members of AUP Board, we created an adhoc committee, with members from GC, SSD, NPUC, AUP and others, to study this proposal of AUP. Upon the recommendation of this adhoc committee, SSD voted to endorse this plan of AUP.
How l wish to receive your input at that time to let the adhoc to look into it. To make change at this time will be complicated and hope you will understand and continue to support AUP and ministries.
