According to the plan previously announced by the administration, 32% or about a third of the total Alumni Hall floor area will serve as temporary COM space. Considering that a little over Php114 mil was actually spent for the construction of the entire Alumni Hall structure, a third of this amount would be about Php38 mil or less than Php40mil. Thus, briefly, the US$59+mil raised from donations should be more than enough to cover the COM share of the Alumni Hall.
