Why would you adopt a “growth model” that recommends the reduction of campus space from 165 hectares down to 68 or 38.5 hectares in order to accommodate up to 10,000 students max?
Rationales 1) It will enable the university to dispose of unutilized farmlands by selling portions of the same; and 2) Use the money received to start the construction of a research and training hospital for its medical school; and the same time purchase another piece of property, of around 100 hectares, at Clark Green City in Tarlac.
