It has been decided that Elder Roy V. Hay and family locate in the Ilocano province, in the northern part of Luzon. I accompanied them to their new field of 1abor about two weeks ago. They are now hard at work on the language. Dr. U. C. Fattebert and wife are in Manila, The Doctor is studying preparatory to taking hi« medical examination in January. His wife is giving some needed help in training some of our native sisters to act as Bible women. Brother W. F. Lanier and wife will connect with the work in the Tagalog provinces. All of our work thus far has been done among the Tagalog people, and as I will be called to help in the different parts of the Islands it seemed best that we have another man here to take charge of things when I would be away. Elder Adams and wife are now on a vacation at Baguio. They will take up work in Iloilo on the island of Panay. Brother Robert Stewart and wife will start their canvassing work in the island of Cebu. They are now studying Spanish in Manila. Brother Stewart is also rendering valuable help in startirg our printing work. Brother Ashbaugh is recanvassing Iloilo.

^{One of our leading evangelists has left us, but I am glad to say that the church has stood firm although he has tried to start an independent church. These things have caused Elder}^Adams^{a good deal of trouble, but the Lord has wonderfully cared for his work.}
