The total cost of the building project is USD $1.9 Million, with a total area of 4,733 sq.m.

To date [as of 15 January 2012], we received USD $216,000.00 cash and  $ 888,443.00 pledges.

We are still short of about USD $ .9 Million to complete the building project budget and to finish the building construction as planned, so we can offer the course Doctor of Medicine on June, 2013.

Plan B-1: 1,532 sq.m. for PhP70 mil. [PhP 45,691.00 per sq.m.] consists of several rooms at USD 1,659,573.00 [roughly USD 1,083.27 per sq.m.]

Plan C [B-1 + B-2]: 4,733 sq.m. for USD1.9mil [USD401.44 per sq.m.]  Note the extensions in the back. There are now two facades: the original Plan B Front North Western View and the Plan C South Eastern View extensions/additions in the back. Briefly, it was a leap from a two-storey Plan B: 1,532 sq.m. to a three-storey Plan C: 4,733 sq.m. with a covered car park in the basement and additional rooms.
