For the record, instead of COM, it should read: Alumni Hall Expenditures Report
During my brief audience last year, 2013, with our two top NPUC officers, pastors Mañez and de Chavez, I told them though FG kept repeating in his updates the incomplete state of the COM building would be an issue with the TCME inspection team, it's untrue. It was a lie! As usual, FG was hiding vital information. Fact of the matter was, in preparation for the TCME's first visit a significant portion of the former seminary building (Asia Adventist Theological Seminary) opposite the graduate school (R. G. Manalaysay building), had already been converted to COM classrooms and offices. In his March 22, 2014 update, in view of multiple TCME denials and a still to be completed COM, renamed Alumni Hall building, FG finally disclosed what he had intentionally and successfully kept from public view.
